Cancellations: All cancellations must be made in writing and acknowledged by Bahati.  Deposits are not refundable within 12 months of the safari as the deposit serves to confirm arrangements between you and Bahati, as the outfitter, as stated under “Payment”.  In the event of a cancellation, the client will either forfeit the deposit in total, or the client may reschedule his safari to a later year to a date that is mutually agreed upon between Bahati and the client.

No refunds will be given for circumstances arising beyond the control of Bahati Adventures or leaving your safari early.

Insurance: Clients should arrange their own travel and accident insurance as Bahati cannot accept any liability for injuries to persons and/or damage to equipment.  We strongly recommend that you obtain - or at least find out about - insurance which is commercially available for accidental death and disability, emergency medical evacuation, loss of personal effects, medical, trip cancellation and liability.
